TheraNow Assistant

TheraNow Assistant is an all-in-one extension designed to support virtual therapy sessions by capturing critical interaction data — including audio, timestamps, and session context — for use in real-time documentation, quality assurance, AI-powered charting, and internal review.
This extension is used exclusively within the TheraNow platform. It works in conjunction with the TheraNow AI Scribe to enhance clinical documentation accuracy, reduce clinician workload, and improve patient care. The Assistant securely records audio interactions during virtual sessions and processes them to generate structured SOAP notes, goal updates, and compliance reporting.
All data capture is HIPAA compliant, secure, and encrypted. TheraNow Assistant does not interfere with other browser functionality and does not record or access non-TheraNow tabs or applications.
