이 확장 프로그램은 네이버 부동산에서 제공되지 않는 "실면적(전용면적)" 기준 정렬 기능을 추가합니다.
기본적으로 네이버 부동산은 매물을 공급면적 기준으로 정렬하며, 실거주에 더 적합한 전용면적 기준의 정렬 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
이 확장 프로그램은 매물 리스트에서 각 항목의 실면적을 추출한 후, 이를 기준으로 오름차순 또는 내림차순 정렬하여 사용자가 보다 직관적으로 원하는 매물을 찾을 수 있도록 도와줍니다.
단순한 UI 버튼을 통해 정렬 방식을 선택할 수 있으며, 정렬 결과는 실시간으로 반영됩니다. 네이버 부동산의 원래 기능을 해치지 않으며, 별도의 로그인이나 데이터 수집 없이 브라우저 내에서만 동작합니다. 사용자 편의성을 높이고, 실질적인 주거 비교를 원하는 분들에게 유용합니다.
