✦ How to use:
1. Click the extension icon to open the Control Panel
2. Enter your Anthropic API key
3. Click "Open Capture" and select screen or webcam
4. Click "Open Stage" to show the avatar (click to unlock audio)
5. Type text and click "Speak" — or start AI Patrol for automatic monitoring

✦ Requirements:
• An Anthropic API key (you bring your own key)
• Screen sharing or webcam for AI vision features

✦ Privacy:
• Your API key is stored locally on your device only
• Screen frames are sent directly to Anthropic's API and immediately discarded
