## What it does
- Capture Zillow search results (for sale, sold, for rent, favorites/saved homes) with automatic pagination — download Zillow listings without writing scripts.
- Optional detail parsing: HOA, agents, phones, parcel, taxes, price history, photos, schools, scores, description, amenities, more — richer Zillow data when you need it.
- Export to Excel/CSV/JSON with customizable columns; preview before download so you only export the Zillow data you care about.
- Extract-as-you-browse mode to log the listing page you’re viewing, then download later.
- Works on desktop Chrome; no coding needed.

## Key fields (for Zillow listing export)
- Listing basics: price, beds, baths, living area, lot size, status, home type, days/time on Zillow, Zestimate, rent Zestimate, price per sqft.
- Address & geo: street, city, state, ZIP, latitude, longitude.
- Media & links: cover photo, carousel photos, detail URL, search page URL.
- Detail extras (when enabled): HOA fees, parcel number, agent/broker names and phones, tax and price history, parking, year built, heating/cooling, amenities, schools, walk/transit/bike scores, original photos, description.
- Favorites: export saved homes (favorites) the same way as search results.
- Custom export fields: pick only the columns you need for your workflow.

## How to use
1) Open a Zillow search results page.
2) Click the extension and hit Start Extracting (or turn on Extract as you browse).
3) When done, click Export and choose Excel/CSV/JSON.
4) Use Preview to review data before download.

Extract as you browse: leave the toggle on and browse Zillow; the extension records the listings you view and you can export them later.
