Zen Breathは、忙しい毎日の中に静かな瞑想の時間を作るためのChrome拡張機能です。

【主な機能】

タイマー
3分・5分・10分・15分・20分・30分のプリセット、またはカスタム時間（最大120分）を設定できます。開始と終了時に心地よいベル音が鳴ります。

呼吸ガイド
美しいアニメーションで呼吸をガイドします。
バランス（4-4-4）：日常的な瞑想に最適
リラックス（4-7-8）：ストレス解消・睡眠前に
ディープ（5-5-5）：深い集中状態へ
フリーモード：ガイドなしの自由な瞑想
リングが滑らかなイージングで拡大・縮小し、自然な呼吸リズムを導きます。

環境音（6種類）
Web Audio APIで生成された高品質な環境音を搭載。外部ファイル不要でオフラインでも動作します。
雨 / 波 / 風 / シンギングボウル / 焚き火 / 無音
音量調整も可能です。

瞑想ログ
セッション数・合計時間・連続日数を自動記録
カレンダー表示で瞑想習慣を可視化
気分トラッキング（スッキリ・穏やか・集中・眠い）
過去20件の履歴を確認可能

すべてのデータはローカル（ブラウザ内）に保存されます
外部サーバーへのデータ送信はありません

Description (English)

Zen Breath is a Chrome extension that brings mindful meditation into your daily routine with beautiful breathing guides and ambient sounds.

FEATURES:

Timer
Choose from 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30-minute presets, or set a custom duration up to 120 minutes. Gentle bell sounds mark the beginning and end.

Breathing Guide
A beautifully animated ring expands and contracts with smooth easing to guide your breathing:
Balance (4-4-4): Ideal for daily meditation
Relax (4-7-8): For stress relief and sleep
Deep (5-5-5): For deep focus
Free mode: Unguided meditation

Ambient Sounds
Six high-quality soundscapes generated with Web Audio API (no external files needed):
Rain / Ocean Waves / Wind / Singing Bowl / Campfire / Silence

Meditation Log
Automatically tracks sessions, total time, and streaks. Calendar view visualizes your meditation habit. Post-session mood tracking included.

PRIVACY:
All data is stored locally in your browser. No external servers, no accounts, no data collection.

瞑想セッションの記録（日時、時間、呼吸パターン、環境音、気分）は、すべてChrome Storage API（chrome.storage.local）を使用してユーザーのブラウザ内にのみ保存されます。

3. データの送信について
本拡張機能は外部サーバーへのデータ送信を一切行いません。ネットワーク通信はGoogle Fontsの読み込みのみに使用されます。
