Code Cleanup & Optimization

This release focuses on removing deprecated features and reducing the extension's footprint
for better performance.

Changes

- Removed unused Growth/Tasks system - The task reward system has been fully removed as it was
no longer accessible in the UI
- Reduced extension size - Removed approximately 2,000+ lines of unused code
- Cleaner codebase - Removed development debugging scripts and unused assets

Files Removed

- growth.js - Deprecated task system
- force-refresh.js - Development debugging script

Technical Improvements

- Smaller content script (~700 lines removed)
- Smaller stylesheet (~1,350 lines removed)
- Cleaner configuration without deprecated feature flags
