Overview

WordReference Dictionary helps you look up words, translations, pronunciations, IPA transcriptions, and definitions directly in your browser.

Look up words instantly without leaving the page. Hold Alt and double-click any word to open an in-page translation bubble, press Alt + Q or Alt + X to look up selected text, or press Alt + Z to open the dictionary popup.

How to use:
- Hold Alt and double-click a word to open the translation bubble
- Select text and press Alt + Q or Alt + X for quick in-page lookup
- Press Alt + Z to open the dictionary popup
- Right-click selected text and choose WordReference lookup to open the full result page
- Save useful words with the star button and export them from the settings page

Privacy:
This extension does not collect personal data, use analytics, or send data to any custom backend. Translation queries are sent directly to WordReference.com. Favorites and preferences are stored in your browser using Chrome storage.
