Overview
WelbyCare Time Tracker streamlines clinical time tracking for care management staff working in athenahealth.
FEATURES:
Automatically detects patients from the athenahealth patient banner (MRN, name, DOB)
Matches patients to WelbyCare using MRN + DOB across multiple practices
One-click timer with pause, resume, and stop controls
Categorize time as CCM, RPM, PCM, BHI, or General
Monthly progress bars showing time toward billing thresholds (99490, 99457, 99424, 99484)
Add clinical notes saved to WelbyCare clinical assessments
Import new patients directly from the EHR into WelbyCare
Auto-pause on idle to ensure accurate time capture
Offline support with automatic sync when connectivity returns
