Wasfaty Order Sets

Wasfaty Order Sets is a productivity extension built exclusively
for physicians using pp.wasfaty.sa and wasfatypp.moh.gov.sa.
Instead of typing each medication field by hand, save your
frequently prescribed medication groups once and apply them
with a single click.

✦ 24 GUIDELINE-ALIGNED STARTER SETS, READY ON DAY ONE
Hypertension, type 2 diabetes (with and without albuminuria),
lipids (low-moderate and high-intensity), uncomplicated UTI
(TMP-SMX first-line and ciprofloxacin alternative), community-
acquired pneumonia (with and without comorbidities), strep
throat, contraception, period delay, common cold and more —
aligned with the 2026 ADA Standards of Care, ACC/AHA hypertension
and lipid guidelines, ATS/IDSA pneumonia guideline, and
IDSA/ESCMID UTI recommendations. Every drug code matches the
oral Wasfaty formulary.

✦ REPEAT FROM A PREVIOUS PRESCRIPTION IN ONE PASTE
For follow-up visits, just copy a previous prescription's text
and paste it into the Repeat panel. The extension parses out
each medication — drug, dose, frequency, route, duration — and
re-applies the entire prescription with a single click.

✦ RENAL-AWARE DOSING
Enter the patient's eGFR once and the panel flags every set
member that needs a dose change at that kidney function — with
the recommended adjustment shown inline before you apply.

✦ SPECIAL-INSTRUCTION MEDICATIONS
Nasal sprays, eye drops, ear drops, inhalers, topical creams
and ointments, and any other medication where the standard
"X tablets, Y times a day" form doesn't apply. Type the
instruction the way you'd say it to the patient and the
extension fills the prescription form correctly. Mix freely
with regular tablets in the same set.

A side-handle button opens pharaohsmedicine.com's medication
gallery as a draggable panel right on top of the Wasfaty page,
so you can browse meds while typing the prescription.

✦ SAVE YOUR OWN ORDER SETS
Build custom sets for the conditions you treat most. Edit,
rename, duplicate, or delete any set. Back up everything to a
JSON file and restore it on a different laptop in seconds.

✦ OPTIONAL CLOUD SYNC ACROSS YOUR DEVICES
Use the same order sets on your clinic desktop and your home
laptop. Generate a short sync code on one device, enter it on
another, and edits propagate automatically within seconds.
Three-way conflict choice on adoption (Merge, Keep this device,
or Keep cloud). Cloud Sync is OFF by default — nothing is
uploaded until you opt in, and you can disconnect any time.
Codes expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity.

✦ AUTO-CAP AWARE
The extension automatically respects per-drug duration and
refill limits enforced by Wasfaty, so applying a set never
leaves you with a rejected prescription.

Full Arabic and English UI throughout. Built-in Help page

languages, including a Cloud Sync walkthrough.

✦ PRIVACY-FIRST
Patient data never leaves your device. The extension is a
write-only tool on the Wasfaty form — it types into the
prescription but never reads, copies, or stores any patient
information. Order sets stay in Chrome's local storage on
your laptop unless you turn on optional Cloud Sync, in which
case ONLY your order-set definitions (names, medications,
dosing fields you typed) are uploaded to a code-bound sync
server — never patients, prescriptions, or browsing. The
only other network call is an anonymous usage counter
(e.g. "popup opened today") so we know which features are
worth maintaining; no user ID, no IP, no device fingerprint,
no patient data, and no tracking across sessions. The
extension only runs on Wasfaty domains.
