Umich Lecture Transcript

There used to be an extension on here that extracted full transcripts from lecture recordings for University of Michigan canvas lecture recordings, but I couldn't find it. My girlfriend wanted to read the transcript for one of her lectures, and we couldn't figure it out, so I said 'hold my beer' and wrote this up to help my fellow students out.

No data is stored or anything, this runs entirely in your browser and directly takes out the transcript (with or without timestamps) from where you see it. To use:

- Go to the lecture you want to download the transcript of
- Make sure the 'Transcript' tab is open from the lecture recording
- Click on the extension, and then on Extract Transcript
- Choose your format and download it
