Twitch Chat Followers Dis

Overview
Trigger:
- If the trigger is set to "username click" then clicking once on the username will display how many followers they have and the 2nd click will trigger the normal twitch profile overview window.
- If the trigger is set to "username hover" then by just hovering the mouse over the username, the number of the user's followers will be displayed.

Display :
* Username: will insert the followers number before the username text in chat.
* Popup: will display a user customized popup window with the username and the number of followers.
