How it Works
This integration uses a Chrome extension to bring Tribe CRM functionality directly into your Gmail interface. Access the power of Tribe CRM without ever leaving your inbox.

Key Features:

* Archive Emails to Existing Contacts: When you open an email, the Tribe CRM sidebar instantly appears on the right side of your screen. Based on the sender's email address, the extension checks if the person or organization already exists in Tribe CRM. If found, the contact and/or organization are displayed, allowing you to archive the email with a single click.

* Create New Contacts from Emails: If the sender isn't in Tribe CRM, you can create a new person (and/or organization) directly from the email. The system will prompt you to create a new contact and AI will help you to collect the information needed when no existing match is found based on the email address. Tribe CRM AI automatically populates the contact information with readily available data from the email, such as first name, last name, email address, and company name.

* Link Emails to Activities in Tribe CRM: Gain deeper insight into your customer relationships by archiving emails directly to contacts. For even better organization, link emails to specific activities, such as attaching a quote request to a sales opportunity or a reply to a project. All of this is managed within the Tribe CRM sidebar inside Gmail. Link emails to existing activities or create new ones.
