Trench Brake is a free Chrome extension that helps meme coin traders stop before they blow their account.

If you've ever rage-bought after a loss, sat in front of Axiom for 4 hours straight, or woken up wondering why your wallet is empty — this is for you.

ONE-CLICK PANIC LOCKOUT 🛑
Hit a button and your entire screen goes black. Instantly. Choose your lockout: 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, or 24 hours. No typing. No prompts. No "are you sure?" — just locked. To cancel early, you have to get through two confirmation dialogs. Tilt-you won't make it through both.

SESSION TIMER ⏱
Tracks how long you've been on the platform. Visible on-page and in the popup. Color-coded: gold (normal), orange (1 hour+), red (2 hours+). That color change hits different when you realize you've been staring at charts since midnight.

TOUCH GRASS REMINDERS 🌿
Every 30 minutes (configurable), a popup slides in reminding you to take a break. Messages like "You've been in the trenches for 2 hours. Take a breather." Two buttons: dismiss it or instantly lock yourself out. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you to stop.
