Overview

Touch Grass blocks the sites you pick when you've scrolled too long - and won't let you back in until you upload a real outdoor photo verified by AI.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the sites that waste your time (Reddit, YouTube, X, etc.)
2. Set a daily scrolling limit
3. When you hit the limit, those sites get blocked
4. To unlock: go outside and upload proof - grass, sky, street, trees. AI checks it's actually outdoors
5. Get a temporary unblock and a reset timer. Then do it again tomorrow.
