Overview

Straticom Activity Light Connector bridges your Genesys Cloud contact centre session to the
Straticom Activity Light Helper desktop app, giving agents a real-time visual indicator of
their current status via a Kuando Busylight.

How it works:
- Log into Genesys Cloud in Chrome as normal
- The extension automatically detects your session
- Your Busylight changes colour based on your status — Available, Busy, On Call, Wrap-up,
Away, and more
- No separate login or configuration required

Features:
- Zero-config: works automatically when Genesys Cloud is open
- Real-time updates via Genesys Cloud Notifications API
- Customisable colour mapping per status
- Supports all Genesys Cloud regions

Requirements:
- Straticom Activity Light Helper desktop app (Windows/macOS)
- Kuando Busylight (via kuandoHUB) or compatible USB status light

Privacy: This extension only communicates with the locally-installed desktop app on your
computer (127.0.0.1). No data is sent to any external server.
