Stop Media On Lock

Overview
This extension is created for Chrome OS. It will wait until the screen is locked and then will iterate over all the tabs and try to stop any media that is playing:
- by iterating over all audio and video elements and calling "pause()"
- by sending "space" key for tabs with active audio but no audio/video elements.
