Overview
Slack Message Patchは、Web版Slackでメッセージを送信する前にLLM（ChatGPT）で文章を添削できるChrome拡張機能です。

• ショートカット一発で添削開始（Cmd/Ctrl + Enter）
• 元の文章と添削後を並べて比較
• 添削後のテキストをその場で編集可能
• 複数のプリセットを登録・切り替え可能

【使い方】
1. OpenAI APIキーを設定画面で入力
2. Slackでメッセージを入力
3. Cmd+Enter（Mac）/ Ctrl+Enter（Windows）を押す
4. Before/Afterを確認して「Send」で送信
※ APIキーはローカルに保存され、外部には送信されません
