Self Care Reminders

Self-Care Reminders is a lightweight Chrome extension that displays gentle self-care messages to help users pause, reset, and take care of themselves during the day. The extension runs entirely inside the popup and allows users to generate new reminders by category, save a daily reminder, mark favorites, and add custom reminders.

All reminders are stored locally in the browser and are available offline. The extension does not require an account, internet connection, or background activity. It does not access webpages, browser tabs, or user browsing data.

Self-Care Reminders does not collect, track, or transmit any personal information. All functionality is activated only when the user opens the popup, and all data remains on the user’s device.
