Overview
Defeat the Feed.
Social media feeds are full of "empty calories" infinite loops and bright colors designed to keep you scrolling without purpose. ScrollFull is a "steering engine" that transforms your feed from a distraction trap into a dashboard for your real life.
We don't believe in locking you out. Instead of punishment, we offer nourishment. We filter out the cheap dopamine and inject the things that actually matter.
FROM DOOMSCROLLING TO HOPESCROLLING
ScrollFull helps you build a "counter-algorithm" that incentivizes action over passive consumption. It works on a rhythm designed to respect your time, not steal it.
How it Works:
The 25-Minute Rule: You get a "guilt-free" allowance of 25 minutes of normal scrolling that refills 4 times a day (Morning, Noon, Afternoon, Evening).
Visual Decay: Once your time runs out, the "Steering Engine" engages. The screen slowly fades to grayscale and dims, removing the visual sugar that keeps you hooked.
Feed Takeover: If you ignore the fade and keep scrolling, ScrollFull injects your To-Do List and Habit Tracker directly between posts, helping you to see your real-life goals instead of just someone else's highlight reel.
The Breather: Scrolled too deep? Our mascot appears to guide you through a short breathing exercise, helping you reset your mental state before you close the tab.
CONSCIOUSNESS OVER CONTENT
Steering, Not Blocking: There are no hard lockouts, only reminders to check in with yourself. We make the "exit" easier to find than the "next post."
Remove the Noise: We automatically collapse comment sections to stop "rage-bait" loops and hide clutter so you can focus.
Safe Zones: Restrictions are automatically disabled on educational subreddits (like Science or Coding) so you can learn without limits.
Privacy First ScrollFull runs 100% on your device. No data is sent to the cloud.
Take back your time. Create your own algorithm. Feed your feed with ScrollFull.
