Revvy turns the chore of replying to customer reviews into a one-click drafting workflow.

Open any supported review page, click "Draft Reply" on a review, and Revvy returns a polished response in your business's tone of voice, ready to edit and post. Save 5-10 minutes per reply, keep your tone consistent across reviewers, and stop letting reviews pile up unanswered.

How it works

1. Install Revvy from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Log in to your Revvy account (free trial available at revvy-app.com).
3. Visit any supported review platform where your business has reviews.
4. Click the green "Draft Reply" button that appears on each review card.
5. Review the AI-generated draft, adjust tone or length if needed, copy and paste into the platform's native reply field.

- Facebook Pages (Reviews and Recommendations)
- Yelp (.com and .co.uk)

Who it's for

Restaurants, hotels, small retailers, service businesses, hospitality operators, and any independent business owner who manages their own online reputation.

What it does NOT do

- Does not touch Google Search, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, or any Google property. Google Business Profile customers should use the Revvy web app's OAuth-connected GBP integration instead.
- Does not read reviews automatically. Data is only sent to Revvy when you click "Draft Reply" on a specific review.
- Does not store reviewer information on your device beyond the current draft.
- Does not post replies on your behalf. You copy, paste, and review before anything goes live.

Privacy

Revvy sends only the review text, rating, reviewer name, platform name, and your configured brand voice settings to api.revvy-app.com when you click Draft Reply. Your Revvy session token is stored locally in chrome.storage.sync. The extension does not track your browsing, inject analytics, or share data with third parties.
