Overview

ResoWarden is a lightweight YouTube quality lock extension that automatically keeps YouTube video quality at your preferred resolution, including YouTube Shorts. Choose Auto, 2160p, 1440p, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p, 240p, or 144p and ResoWarden will apply your saved video quality setting whenever a new YouTube video opens.

If your selected resolution is unavailable, ResoWarden can automatically switch to the nearest higher quality or lower quality based on your preference. Manual quality changes made in the YouTube player are respected for the current video, so you stay in control while keeping your default quality ready for the next playback.
