الإضافة تحتوي على جميع خيارات التقييم (موافق بشدة، موافق، غير متأكد، غير موافق، غير موافق بشدة )
بمجرد اختيار أحد الخيارات تقوم الإضافة بتحديد نفس الخيار تلقائياً لجميع أسئلة نموذج التقييم بدل الضغط اليدوي المتكرر على كل سطر مع بقاء إمكانية تعديل أي سؤال يدوياً بعد ذلك.
