Overview
The QR Linker extension allows you to jump straight to a website using any QR code that contains a URL.
To use this extension, click the extension's button in the toolbar. This will open a new tab that shows the camera. Hold a QR code n front of the camera. If the QR code is clearly visible to the camera and it contains a URL, it will navigate that tab to the URL that was read from the QR code.
This extension requires no special permissions beyond using the camera. It uses the LazarSoft QR code javascript library, which allows it to process QR codes in in the browser without sending any data to any external servers.
