Overview

Personal Video Downloader makes it easy to find and download videos embedded in web pages.
With just one click, this extension detects videos available on the current page and instantly downloads them for offline viewing.

Features:
Detects videos embedded with <video> or <source> tags.
Supports direct downloads of .mp4, .webm, and .ogg video formats.
Finds direct video links even if they are linked through <a> elements.
New feature: now also supports .m3u8 files.

Important Notes:
It does not support videos that are streamed via adaptive formats like DASH (.mpd) or DRM-protected videos.
Some websites use advanced streaming technologies that this extension does not capture.
