Perchance Ai Character Ch

Never lose your Perchance AI character chats again.
This extension automatically backs up your entire Perchance AI chat database at regular intervals. It runs quietly in the background while you chat — no manual exporting needed.
How it works:

A small floating widget appears on any Perchance AI chat page
Your chats are automatically saved every 2 minutes (adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes)
Backups are only created when new messages are detected, so you won't get duplicate files
Files are saved as compressed .json.gz files to your Downloads/perchance-ai-chat-backup folder

File format:
Each backup is named "Perchance Autosave YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM.json.gz". To restore, decompress the .gz file and import the JSON into Perchance.

Recommended Chrome settings:
For the smoothest experience, go to chrome://settings/downloads and turn off "Ask where to save each file" and "Show downloads when they're done." There's a button in the widget that takes you straight there.
