Overview
Draw, erase, and annotate directly on any web page. Great for quick markups, teaching, brainstorming, and visual notes—without leaving the page.
# What it does:
- Freehand pen with color and thickness controls
- Adjustable eraser with a visible circle cursor
- Light/Dark toolbar theme and a compact minimized mode
- Drag to reposition the toolbar anywhere on screen
- Auto‑saves per page (survives refresh)
- Clear to wipe the canvas; Exit to hide tools without clearing
- Works via toolbar button or keyboard shortcut (default: Ctrl+Shift+Q; customizable in Chrome)
- Undo (Ctrl+Z) and Redo (Ctrl+Y)
# How it works:
- Click the extension icon (pin it for quick access), or press the shortcut.
- A canvas overlays the page—start drawing immediately.
- Toggle between pen and eraser, adjust sizes, switch themes, or minimize the toolbar.
# Private by design:
- No accounts, no tracking, no analytics.
- Drawings stay in your browser’s local storage, keyed to the site and page path.
- Nothing is uploaded or shared.
# Permissions explained:
- activeTab: Only to run on the current page when you click the icon or use the shortcut.
- scripting: To inject the drawing script and styles on demand.
