Nipponhomes Property Sear

NipponHomes Property Search makes it easy to collect and organize property listing data from NipponHomes.com into a Google Sheet.

How it works:
1. Navigate to any property listing on NipponHomes.com
2. Click the extension icon and hit "Scan This Listing"
3. Preview the scanned data — edit any fields before saving
4. Click "Save to Google Sheets" to add the listing as a new row

What gets captured:
- Property name, price (JPY and USD), and property ID
- Full address (resolved from coordinates via Google Maps Geocoding API)
- Coordinates and Google Maps link
- Build year, floor area, layout, and all specification table fields
- Listing images
- Timestamp of when the listing was scanned

Permissions:
- activeTab: Read listing data from the current NipponHomes page
- scripting: Inject the content script that reads listing details

- identity: Authenticate with Google for Sheets access

This extension communicates only with Google Sheets API and Google Maps Geocoding API. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No analytics, tracking, or telemetry.
