Overview
MuzRec Controller gives DJs, producers, and selectors full control over their MuzRec listening sessions without switching tabs.
If you use MuzRec to dig for new music, you know the drill: you're reading an email, browsing another site, or working on a set — and you need to skip a track, save one for later, or grab a download. That means switching back to the MuzRec tab, doing the thing, and switching back again. Every. Single. Time.
This extension fixes that.
PLAYBACK CONTROLS
Play, pause, skip forward, skip back, and seek through tracks directly from the extension popup — no matter what tab you're on. The player stays synced with MuzRec in real time, showing you exactly what's playing and where you are in the tracklist.
FULL TRACK INFO AT A GLANCE
See the album cover, artist, title, label, BPM, genre, and musical key with its Camelot notation (e.g. Am → 8A, F → 7B) — useful for planning harmonic mixes without opening a separate tool.
TRACK LIST
Browse every track loaded on the current MuzRec page. Jump to any track with a single click. The active track is highlighted so you always know where you are.
WISHLIST
Found something you want to download later? Hit the heart icon to save it. Your wishlist persists across sessions and shows all the metadata you need: artist, label, BPM, key, and Camelot code. Download individual tracks directly from the wishlist when you're ready.
MP3 / AIFF FORMAT TOGGLE
Switch between MP3 and AIFF (lossless) downloads with one click. The preference syncs with MuzRec's own format setting, so it applies everywhere — both in the extension and on the site.
WORKS WITH YOUR WORKFLOW
The extension operates on whatever search results or release page you have open in MuzRec. Search for tracks, browse by date, explore a label — MuzRec Controller works on top of all of it.

Built for MuzRec (srv.muzrec.com). Requires an active MuzRec tab to function. No data is collected or sent anywhere — your wishlist is stored locally in your browser.
