Motopowerlv New Posts Ext

This is a small extension built for a Latvian Motorcycle riders forum which allows better accessability on the homepage of this site.
It checks for the date of last arrival at page. If any new post's of the front page is newer than your last visit's time, it prepends last forum posts' link with "[NEW]"
