Mistransmission Preventio

Satellite office Mistransmission Prevention is an extension that adds a xxxx function to the G Suite mail screen.

(*) Satellite office Mistransmission Prevention is for G Suite users, and must be set up by a G Suite administrator before use.

Depending on the settings set by the G Suite administrator, you can display a confirmation screen in the following cases when sending an email, or you can prohibit sending an email.

- When the external domain is included in the destination. You can send it after confirming the external email address. You can prohibit it.
- When To / Cc contains more than the permitted number of external email addresses.
- When To / Cc contains more than the number of permitted internal / external email addresses.
- When a specific keyword is included in the email body.
- When there is an attached file.
- When there is an attachment file other than the permitted extension.
- When there is an attachment file larger than the allowed size.

It also has the following functions.
- When sending e-mails outside the company, if the e-mail address of the superior of each member is not entered, it will be impossible to send
Prohibit access to Gmail via @gmail.com account.
- Prohibition of specifying @gmail.com address from email From address.
- Automatically insert specific email address (es) in Bcc.
- Multilingual support (English / Chinese / Korean / German / Portuguese / Hindu / Thai / Arabic / Italian / French / Russian)
