Overview
Turn your browser into a meeting notes superpower.
The Meeting Notes Assistant Chrome Extension allows you to record, transcribe, and summarize Google Meet and Zoom web calls directly to your self-hosted assistant server.
🚀 KEY FEATURES:
• Zero-Configuration Stream Capture: Captures audio from your active Google Meet or Zoom tab, downsamples it to a high-fidelity 16kHz mono PCM stream, and pipes it directly to your server.
• In-Meeting HUD: A sleek, glassmorphic floating HUD indicators shows your recording status and elapsed time directly on the meeting screen without obstructing video feeds or buttons.
• Speaker Diarization Enabled: Supports speaker voice clustering, allowing your backend to automatically identify who said what.
• AI Summaries & Action Items: Integrates with your server's LLM endpoints to extract key decisions, chapters, and action items with assignee tracking immediately after the call.
• 100% Privacy & Data Ownership: Unlike other meeting bots, your audio is sent directly to your own server. No third parties store, read, or process your conversations.
