Overview
Never miss your favourite Kick streamers going live again.
Check My TwitchFavourites extension for Twitch!
KickFavourites pins the streamers you actually care about above the rest
of your follow list, sorts them live-first, badges your browser the moment
any of them are live, and fires a native desktop notification when a
stream starts.
✦ Features
• Hover any sidebar row → click the star to favourite.
• "FAVOURITE" button next to Follow on every channel page.
• Browser badge with red live count on the extension icon.
• Desktop notifications when a favourite goes live (click → opens stream).
• Cross-platform: on twitch.tv, a "LIVE ON KICK" or "VIEW ON KICK" button
appears next to Follow when the same streamer also has a Kick channel.
Small Kick badges on Twitch sidebar rows.
• Fully private — favourites stored in your Chrome sync. No third-party
telemetry.
• Works for any Kick viewer: just install and click "Connect Kick".
✦ Why
Kick's native sidebar lists every channel you follow flat, sorted by
viewer count. If you follow 30+ creators, the streamers you actually want
to watch get buried. KickFavourites fixes that with the same UX Twitch has
had for years — and adds proper go-live alerts on top.
✦ Permissions explained
• storage — saves your favourites and OAuth token locally + syncs across
your Chromes.
• identity — runs the OAuth login flow with Kick.
• alarms — periodic 60-second live-status check (survives browser-tab
idle).
• notifications — desktop "X is live" pings.
• host access (kick.com, twitch.tv) — only to inject the sidebar UI and
call the Kick API.
