What you can do:

Activities — Filter by date range, select one or many activities, and copy or download the full data as JSON or CSV in one click.

Fitness Snapshot — View your current CTL, ATL, TSB, ramp rate, HRV, sleep, and weight at a glance.

Workout Library — Browse your saved workouts and download them in your preferred format: .zwo, .fit, .mrc, or .erg.

Activity pages — A persistent toolbar appears on any activity detail page with a one-click "Copy Activity button in either JSON or CSV format

Private and secure — your API key is stored locally in your browser and all requests go directly from your browser to the intervals.icu API. No third-party servers involved.
