Overview
Insight7 Live Assist brings your AI coach into every customer call — surfacing the right talking point, question, or warning exactly when you need it, without breaking your flow.
How it works
After a one-time sign-in with your Insight7 account, select your coaching playbook and hit Start. Live Assist captures your call audio, transcribes it in real time, and delivers bite-sized coaching cards as the conversation unfolds — so you stay present while the AI handles the note-taking and strategy.
What you get
- Flashcard overlay (Sales & Research) — Auto-cycling coaching cards appear and dismiss themselves so you never lose momentum. Pause on hover, navigate manually, or let them advance every few seconds.
- Always-on sidebar (Customer Service) — A persistent side panel shows your live transcript alongside nudges, a call checklist, and suggested replies for handling escalations and churn signals.
- Objection detection — Automatically flags pricing, timing, and authority objections with a suggested response ready to copy.
Signal detection — Highlights buying intent, decision-authority signals, churn risk, and escalation cues as they surface in the conversation.
- Live transcript — Full speaker-labelled transcript as the call happens, available in both overlay and sidebar modes.
- Multiple playbooks — Switch between coaching configurations for different products, teams, or call types before each session.

Privacy
Audio is streamed over an encrypted connection to Insight7's transcription service solely to generate coaching guidance for the signed-in user. No call audio is stored after processing. Insight7's full privacy policy is available at insight7.io/privacy.
Requirements
An active Insight7 account is required. Sign in at app.insight7.io to connect the extension before your first session.
