Ikariam Improved

This extension contains improved UI experience for the game: Ikariam (Gameforge)

New version 1.3.0 - 1.3.3.1:
- Fixed: Not all ressources got recalculated properly
- Fixed: Textarea only shows first 2 rows (firefox version 151.0.2 and older)
- Fixed: Current favour displays an NaN instead of the current value
- Added: Predefined buttons in the Trading Port, matching the version before 8.11.0 (06/29/2023)
- Added: A secondary resource bar that shows available resources after subtracting the building queue
-> Additional features of the secondary resource bar: Values above 1,000k are no longer abbreviated (click on the little gear icon)
-> When sending goods, the secondary resource bar is "frozen" in blue, allowing resources to be sent more precisely
If a red warning is shown, the building queue may not be included in the calculation, for example after switching cities
- Added: "Select all" option in the Museum for players with available Cultural Goods Treaties
- Various fixes and adjustments throughout the extension
- P.S. There is an easter egg somewhere ;-)

Features:
- restores the old Trading port view
- displays the full numbers (no k/kk/kkk, no M/G/T)
- Added a new warning that building the next level isn't worth it (includes all known maximum levels)
