Heysam For Google Calenda

This extension brings the full power of HeySam agent directly into Google Calendar, giving customers clear visibility and control over how Sam handles every call.

When a customer opens a calendar event, the extension displays up-to-date information about Sam’s call scheduling:

For future meetings where Sam can record:
The customer can see that Sam is able to join the call and optionally deny the recording if they choose.

For future meetings where Sam cannot record:
The extension shows the reason why Sam won’t be able to join.
Customers can also override this by assigning the meeting to a specific deal so Sam knows it must be recorded.

For past meetings that Sam recorded:
The customer gets an instant link to the recording page in Sam’s web app.

For past meetings that Sam did not record:
The extension explains why the recording didn’t happen and displays any actions Sam took that led to that result.
