GUPI is a privacy-focused Chrome extension that helps reduce exposure to gambling-related content, intrusive promotions, and risky redirects while browsing.

The extension analyzes page behavior locally on your device to identify patterns such as gambling-oriented signals, aggressive pop-ups, forced redirects, and suspicious iframe or script activity.

GUPI does not block all YouTube ads. Instead, it uses a lightweight Smart Skip approach that detects when a skippable ad is available and performs a skip interaction without modifying or breaking the YouTube player interface.

All detection and decisions run locally in your browser. No account is required, and no browsing data is sent to external servers.
