Overview
RAautoPause is a customized tool that automatically invokes and starts secure pause functionality in Genesys Cloud during an active ACD call, without Agent intervention, based on a triggered event. This event can be invoked from various scenarios, such as
1. Navigating to Web Page
2. A value popped up in the screen pop
3. Customizable based on the specific requirement (Requires a custom Solution)
