Overview
Garmin has a pretty good interface for recording strength workouts, but an awful one for exploring and analyzing the data. What's more, the FIT files they offer to download do not contain all strength training information.
This extension allows you to download the full dataset to play around with. Install this extension, open Garmin Connect, sign in, and then use the extension to download your workout data.
