Overview
FilterFlow gives you a better way to manage your Gmail filters — right from a side panel in Chrome.
Gmail's built-in filter settings are buried deep in menus and offer no way to organize, reorder, or clean up your rules. FilterFlow fixes that by putting all your filters in a visual, drag-and-drop interface that stays open alongside your inbox.
Drag and drop your filters to prioritize which ones run first, then save the order back to Gmail with one click. Group related filters into color-coded folders to keep things manageable as your list grows.
FilterFlow's smart consolidation detects filters that apply the same label or match the same sender and subject, then suggests merging them into fewer, cleaner rules. Redundant filters are flagged so you can review and remove them without second-guessing.
Before committing to a new filter, use the dry-run preview to see which existing emails in your inbox would match your criteria. No more guessing whether your rules are right.
When you're viewing an email in Gmail, FilterFlow detects the sender and offers to create a filter for them instantly from the side panel. You can also set filters to automatically expire after a set period — useful for temporary rules like muting a noisy thread or filtering a one-time event.
FilterFlow works entirely through Gmail's official API with standard OAuth authentication. Your credentials are never stored or transmitted to any third-party server. All communication happens directly between your browser and Google's servers.
Whether you have a dozen filters or a few hundred, FilterFlow helps you stay in control of your inbox rules without the frustration of Gmail's native settings page.
