Auto-decompresses your FACEIT .dem.zst downloads into the CS2 csgo folder, renames them to readable names like anubis_30apr2026.dem (or rename manually in the extension), and copies the playdemo command to your clipboard — alt-tab into CS2, paste, watch.

How it works
You download a demo from a FACEIT match room. The extension catches it, decompresses the .zst into your CS2 csgo folder, names it something readable (e.g. nuke_19oct2025.dem), and copies the playdemo command to your clipboard. The extension keeps your last 50 demos with one-click copy, rename, and delete — handy for clip projects, scrim reviews, or just keeping your library tidy.

CS2 path detection is automatic — the companion app finds your install via Steam and you're done. Non-standard library locations can be overridden manually if needed.

Privacy
Everything runs locally. No accounts, no telemetry, no servers. The extension only watches downloads from faceit.com, the companion app only writes to your CS2 csgo folder. Both components are open source on GitHub.
