Evalytics Google Meet Eva

Evalytics is a Chrome extension that records your Google Meet meetings in real time and asks the AI provider you choose to write a post-meeting review.

[Features]

- Captions auto-on: on Meet's English or Japanese UI with captions available in your Workspace (the default on personal Google accounts), the extension clicks the "Turn on captions" button when you join a meeting so the speech log can start without manual setup. The caption reader and the auto-click both depend on Meet's EN / JA aria-labels, so other Meet UI locales are currently not supported.
- Speech log: while Meet's captions are running, a MutationObserver reads each caption block as it streams into the page and records the utterance with a timestamp. Speaker names are replaced with anonymous codes ("You", "Speaker A", "Speaker B", ...) the instant they are read.
- AI review: at meeting end (or via the manual button), the speech log is sent to the AI provider you selected in Settings. Each participant is scored on Logic and Drive on a 100-point scale. Per-participant notes and an overall summary are shown in the popup. Supported providers are listed in the "Permission justification: host permissions" section below.
- History: review the most recent 50 meetings, indexed by anonymous code.
- Bilingual: UI and AI commentary toggle between Japanese and English. The Meet caption language is configured separately.

[Privacy]

The API key is one you bring yourself from your chosen AI provider and enter in the Settings screen. All speech logs, reviews, and API keys are stored only in chrome.storage.local on your browser and are never sent to any server we operate. Every participant name — including your own — is replaced with an anonymous code ("You" for yourself, "Speaker A" / "Speaker B" / ... for others) the moment captions are read, so no real name is ever stored or sent to the AI provider.
