Overview
CRM Connect is a browser plugin that displays customer information in a pop-up window within the browser. Depending on the CRM you use, CRM Connect can retrieve information from it.
The pop-up window is a webpage constructed with various "boxes" configured in the administrator interface. In this widget, you receive crucial information about the caller, such as name, number, company, ongoing issues, and when you last contacted the customer. The order can be rearranged, and some boxes are optional.
To use CRM Connect, you need a phone system user via Dstny.
