Overview
DomainGuard helps IT administrators ensure employees always use the correct corporate email address when signing into websites and web applications.
WHAT IT DOES
When an employee visits a login page covered by your IT policy, DomainGuard automatically:
- Shows which corporate email domain to use (e.g. @contoso.com)
- Turns the field green when the correct domain is entered
- Shows a red warning and clears the field if the wrong domain is used
- Blocks "Continue with Google" and "Sign in with Apple" buttons on policy-covered sites
- Supports multiple approved domains per site (e.g. @contoso.com and @contoso.co.uk)
- Logs every event to your organisation's audit trail
FOR IT ADMINISTRATORS
- Deploy silently via Microsoft Intune, Group Policy (GPO) or Jamf
- Manage all domain policies from the admin console at app.domainguard.co
- Set multiple approved domains per site using wildcard patterns
- Policies sync automatically every 15 minutes from the cloud
- Full audit log of every rule match and policy sync event
- Azure AD / Microsoft SSO login for admin console access
IMPORTANT — ENTERPRISE DEPLOYMENT REQUIRED
This extension is designed for enterprise IT deployment via Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, or Jamf. It requires an organisation API token to be configured through your MDM solution before it will activate. End users cannot configure the extension directly.
