Teacher privacy note
Dodl is teacher-facing. It is not a student collaboration tool, learning management system, family communication platform, or classroom social network.

Core use works with a Dodl email-and-password account. A Google account is not required for note-taking or encrypted cloud sync. Google is only needed if you choose to connect optional Google Docs export.

Core notes are encrypted client-side before they are stored or synced. Dodl can be used with student names, initials, numbers, or other identifiers that match your school, board, district, or organization’s expectations. Always follow your local privacy rules when recording student information.
