Demo Persona Hub gives you a structured way to explore and impersonate demo personas directly on any ServiceNow demo instance, no more hunting through user lists or memorizing login details.

Open the persona panel from a floating action button on any ServiceNow page to browse all available personas, organized by Business Unit (ITSM, CSM, HR, and more) and Narrative. Each persona card displays their name, title, and role context so you can quickly identify the right user for your demo scenario.

When you're ready, switch with a single click. Impersonation state is tracked visually so you always know who you're logged in as, and you can end the session just as easily to return to your admin account.
