Overview
Intentional helps you stay focused by blocking websites you find distracting.
When you try to visit a blocked site, you see a block page instead. From there you can choose:
- How long to stay unblocked (1, 5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes)
- A delay before the page opens (1, 5, or 30 seconds)
The delay gives you a moment to reconsider. The time limit means you stay in control.
Manage your blocked sites from the extension popup — just type a domain and press Add. You can also set a custom message that appears on the block page.
