How to Use

Open any supported AI platform with a conversation you want to export
Click the ContextSwitchAI icon in your Chrome toolbar
Click Export Chat Memory — your file downloads instantly
Optionally add notes or an opening message in the Continue panel
Click any AI platform button — a new tab opens and your memory file is automatically attached
