Clipper Pro is a lightweight clipping extension that lets you save selected text to a local Inbox and export it to Notion or Obsidian on demand.

Manage or cancel from Options → Billing.
Privacy
The extension only processes data when you explicitly save a highlight (selected text, URL, title, timestamp).
No background browsing history collection.
