- Afternoon Dip. Clear your inbox, do admin, or take a short nap. Don't fight it.

HOW IT WORKS
Enter your wake time once. Circadianly calculates your current phase and shows it as a badge on the toolbar icon — no need to open anything. Tap the icon for time remaining in the current phase and a recommendation for what to do right now.
